Cavaliers Injury Report: Allen Sits Out Game 7
Mobley Returns, Scores 10 in Comeback Game
Mitchell's Knee Injury May Keep Him Out of All-Star Game
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen will not play in Tuesday night's pivotal Game 7 against the Orlando Magic.
Allen, who has been dealing with a left ankle injury, sat out Game 6 on Sunday. The Cavaliers lost that game 113-107, forcing a winner-take-all Game 7.
In Allen's absence, Evan Mobley started at center and scored 10 points and grabbed nine rebounds in his comeback game. Mobley missed the previous two games with a right knee injury.
The Cavaliers will also be without Donovan Mitchell, who is dealing with a left knee injury. Mitchell is the team's leading scorer and was named an All-Star this season.
The status of Mitchell and Allen for the All-Star Game next weekend is uncertain. The game is scheduled for Feb. 19 in Salt Lake City.
