Estigarribia's goal helps Chrobry Głogów move up to 6th place in the league
Gabriel Estigarribia scored the winning goal for Chrobry Głogów in their 2-1 victory over GKS Jastrzębie in the Polish I liga on Friday.
The Brazilian defender headed home a corner in the 85th minute to give Chrobry Głogów all three points. The win moves Chrobry Głogów up to 6th place in the league, just two points off the promotion playoff places.
Estigarribia has been in impressive form for Chrobry Głogów this season, scoring three goals in his last five appearances. The 24-year-old is a product of the Fluminense youth academy and has represented Brazil at youth level.
Chrobry Głogów will be looking to continue their good form when they travel to face Puszcza Niepołomice next weekend.
