Edmonton Oilers Crush Montreal Canadiens 7-2
Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl Lead Oilers to Victory

The Edmonton Oilers continued their dominance over the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday night, winning 7-2 at Rogers Place. Connor McDavid led the way with two goals and two assists, while Leon Draisaitl added a goal and three assists.
The Oilers opened the scoring just 2:23 into the game when McDavid found the back of the net. Draisaitl made it 2-0 just over five minutes later, and the Oilers never looked back.
Montreal got on the board in the second period on a goal by Brendan Gallagher, but McDavid restored the Oilers' two-goal lead just over two minutes later. Draisaitl then made it 4-1 with a power-play goal late in the second period.
The Oilers put the game away in the third period with three more goals, including two from Evander Kane. Montreal's other goal came from Cole Caufield.
The win improves the Oilers' record to 29-18-3, while the Canadiens fall to 18-26-7. The two teams will meet again on Tuesday night in Montreal.
